If you can’t measure it, you can’t manage it. If you can’t manage it then you are flapping in with the breeze.
Set yourself standards. Targets that, no matter what, you will adhere to. And when you do slip, to aim for again.
Reflect on your internal values, your moral compass, and spend time reflecting on each major domain: mental, physical, emotional (internal), relationships, work (external).

Without a solid base, you cannot support those around you.
