We started Golden Chair to offer training in a range of healthcare and first aid skills, both to the outdoor and physical / complementary healthcare sectors.

Having spent 25 years in the endurance racing and outdoor world and the same time working in complementary and NHS healthcare, we offer skills based training so that you can leave the course knowing an immediate benefit to yourself, your family, friends or clients.
